Is it common to have to replace them for this issue? They are like 16 years old i guess.

Subaru want 440 something bucks PER INJECTOR, plus gst lol is this shit for real?
I found some refurbished ones on ebay that ship from perth for like 270 for a set of 4. Would you risk it or fork out?

Not the injectors......replace the o-rings.

You could get the injectors cleaned if you want to make sure they work fine, injector cleaner would usually supply o-rings when they clean, Steve's injector service is mobile and does good work.

The rubber fuel lines may need replacing at this age...

It was mainly the bug eye wrxs that issues with the fuel lines. You could often smell the fuel due to the fact the air con would pull in the fuel vapor

It's a smart move due to the age of the fuel lines to replace them. It's also a big job should they fail in the coming years

If they are suitable for your purpose, I have a set of ID 1000cc top feed injectors for sale @ $400 ono...gives you scope for future upgrades.

Thanks Nauli. Im thinking of buying a refurbished set, just for peace of mind, or failing that just the o ring kit.
Would your injectors fit the OEM fuel rails? And pardon my ignorance, but i would tune up for them?
Actually since iv been running with a leak, would you reccommend i get a check with mms anyway if im able to fix my leaks?

Im tryig to knock it back together before wednesday as i have a shoulder operation and probably wont be able to work on it for 6 weeks after
