(c) for a third or subsequent offence, to a fine of 48 PU or to imprisonment for 12 months; and, in any event, the court convicting that person shall order that he be permanently disqualified from holding or obtaining a driver's licence.

And for the newbies out there, 1PU is 1 penalty unit = $50. So 24 PU is gonna hurt ya.

mate just lost his lincense, it took them 4 months for a court order to arrive, plea guilty, lost lincense for 6 months and $1000 fine for a 140 in 70 zone.

if you didnt have licence, why the hell where you driving!!! Getting caught while driving without a licence and exeeding the speed limit by 60km does not look good on the resume. Oh and you will have no insurance the next time your renewal arrives, especially with a wrx

yeah i'm in the same position as you mate. I got flashed doing 110km in a 70km zone last year in September. And its already April and still haven't heard nothing. i'm hoping there was a glitch in the camera and they weren't able to read my plates

i got done for reckless driving, got it down graded to dangerous during the court case. but my cop when he pulled my over wanted to arrest me??? i was like WTF??? it took them three months to send the letter out to me saying that i lost my licence.

same thing happened to me
i apparently" fishtailed" my at the time car lancer"
but it took them like 5 months or so b4 i received a court hearin but it got downgraded from reckless to dangerous had to get lawyer n everything
