Default Pits inspection

Hi all, I've just moved from Sydney and purchased my first WRX gc8 in Perth. However it does not have rego as it's been off since 2011. With the pits does the vehicle have to be 100% stock? My one does have a full exhaust 3inch turbo back, and a boost controller.
Are they relatively easy to pass? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

Assuming you get an average inspector;
- Boost controller won't pass if they see it (Can't have an 'emissions altering device' or something along those lines)
- Exhaust will need to pass decibel test, be securely fitted, and have a catalytic converter fitted.

Common things people fail for
- Windscreen washers don't work
- Seatbelts don't retract
- Blown bulbs
- Blow off valve/bypass valve to be silent in operation and plumbed back into the intake
- All breathers to be plumbed back into intake
- Battery to be securely mounted
- Pod filter to be mounted securely, and you have to have purchased a modification permit inspection from the Department of Transport prior to getting the pit inspection (~$15)
- Tint can't be too dark, tint can't be bubbling/peeling
- Can't have holes in the dash with wiring exposed (say a head unit has been removed and nothing has been fitted in its place)
- Gear shifter pattern has to be displayed
