Well ended up buying this from one of the guys on the 3gwrx forums should be here in a few days

and also looking at ordering this today 3inch staino dump pipe, to be fitted when it goes in to cypher to do the cat back job.

after this next on the list is verso tune and defi boost guage... then ill worry about un uglying it ive decided

well the dump pipe idea fell through was on the fone ready to get banking details only to be informed that they wont sell the dump by its self i have to buy the whole system so i said stuff it will get it custom done..

Hahah... Spewin!

There are probably a few places around that will separate and sell the dump on its own... otherwise, there are lots of very competent exhaust shops around Perth that will do a good custom job.

yeh will probably end up gettin it finished by cypher. probably a blessing in disguise though that the dump pipe fell through as the same guy i brought the CAI from called me and told me hes selling his car due to work reasons so is going to do me a cheap deal on his tein coilovers he has for his my08

so most likely just put the $$ towards them to get betty a little more friendly with the ground

mate i totally agree with u, the hatch does look a lil wooozy but it just takes time to grow on ya

I'm pretty much going to keep mine stock under the bonnet with only minor bolt-ons. Just bought Konig Zero 18" from ozzytyres. In the future i'll be looking at getting the car sprayed in carbon black. Will get the interior retrimmed in red leather and fitted with recaros

Those rims look nice Viiha, look forward to seeing it on the road. Mine is staying stock for the time being. Just had it's first service done.

Nice rims .. Shame it's got the new 08 brakes underneath ith .. Upgrade to some Alcons/Brembos, drop it on some coilies and the bottom half of the car will look the shiizzzz.

congrats on picking the car up, you will enjoy it now doubt despite some of the cosmetic failings. I am curious does the wrx come with Si-Drive or is that only the 08 WRX STI? Wheels and lowering will make a world of difference and you will no doubt fix the tail lights (ax, hammer, blow torch).

As mentioned plenty of shops that can fabricate a dump pipe for you as well. As for tuning with verso lets hope they can crack the codes and tune her cause that will make a huge difference in the way it drives.

If you wanna change the tailights, Harmon Motive in the US do a Vinyl tint film for the 08's. Might be worth a look. The red tint looks particularly good i think.

Grats on the pick-up, look forwarding to seeing what you do with it.

PS: please lose that bonnet protector ASAP! A. it looks shite, and B. it'll end up scratching shit out of your paint!
