Most workshops in Perth that supply TBE systems get them made
up by Norm at "Butler Built performance Products" and add there
margin onto the price, so best to go direct.

You wont be disapointed!!!!

Thanks for that, called up this morning and spoke to Norm, got a good price and now I just have to plan to get the ECU up to date to try and beat the CELS before they come in.

ANy ideas on options for the ECU, can I just get it flashed or do I need to by another ECU? Rough ideas on price would be good too.

Thanks for all the feedback.

Is the EcuTek flash tune a piggyback unit, or just another tune to flash onto original ECU?

The quote from ASG would have been for a Verso tune, which is just a re-flash of the factory ecu.

both Ecutek and Verso are flash tunes of your existing ecu...similarities from their may vary somewhat

Welcome mate! Nice choice of vehicle.

I don't want to trigger another Verso vs ECUTEK discussion (as there have been plenty on this forum) but a base ECUTEK tune is around $1600. You could always put those $600 or so towards something useful... just putting it out there...

Yeah, fair enough. This exhaust mod is getting quite expensive, looking at $2800 abouts for an exhaust and a tune and you cant have the one without the other.
