I third/forth the idea of no WRX'ing. Buy a slow 4X4 while you learn to drive. That way when you do finally get your rexxy, its special.

Also, insurance when your that young is crazy, my quote from AAMI was originally $6000 PER YEAR. I almost cried, luckily I have a friend at Shannons.

My first car was a $700 1.2l Renault with 3rd party fire & theft ins only. I had better things to waste my money on than insurance on a costly car.

I also found a bug eyed impreza for 7.5k but the drivers door was broken into and it wont close properly, how much would that cost to fix? Thanks.
