Can you give me some advice on the cheapest range or models? Perhaps if I win Lotto I'll go for the top range. P.S. I see there is some sort of Lotto syndicate going, can I join? Twrx

I'd advise against buying the cheapest WRX out there as that will more than likely cost more in the long run. Look for a stock bugeye model & that's probably your best bet.

For around 20k you would be looking at 03-05 shape wrx or if you stretch the budget slightly, you can go for a bugeye sti like impresiv said....
