Hello,

I'm skip (also known as stuart), I currently own a hail damaged lancer that I was taught to drive in, and is now my teach-my-self-mechanics car whilst I'm at uni. I'm currently trying to get finance to purchase a car I've always wanted, a bugeye WRX, hence why I decided to join. I live South of the river towards cockburn way. I'm active on a few lancer forums, as well as other WA based forums. Look forward to talking to you all, and buying/learning more bout wrx's.

Hey mate, welcome you will find all the information you seek here and a lot of friendly people who are very knowledgeable in all things Subaru, I also had a lancer to learn in and was my first car until I sold it and bought a Bugeye...there is a BIG difference haha. Enjoy the forum, and hopefully eventually see you on a cruise when you get the Bug

Haha yes indeed, I've used it quite a bit already whilst I was lurking looking up various bits of information. Been telling people on my more active forums to use it more instead of going: "halp what can performance mods are there for a 1.5L lancer!!?!??!?"

Pffft, my lancer is better than a bugeye.

Welcome btw. Everyone has a car they start out with and learn.
Sometimes starting with something simple makes you learn how to not destroy a decent car when you get it.
