can you let me no of wat types and models of the list you just named !? I can't really find anything on the forum ! and also internal or external fuel pump ? I'm not chasing to much HP just enough to get me going

As for the rest, there are 100 threads on people upgrading a WRX with VF34, STi TMIC, decapped injectors and walbro fuel pumps - which is what most people do engine mod wise.
