Frequent Rexnet, however have just lurked on Perth WRX for a while. Have bought bits and pieces from various members on here.

I've got a GC8 which has had a spliced loom swap and an 02 STI engine conversion. Has a few bolt on goodies too. Swap was a huge amount of work, however it's made the car 1000x better than it was - I got AVCS and did away with the AFM too, which was half the reason for doing the swap!

* JDM 2002 STI engine (EJ207, forged, AVCS, engine has 55,000KMs)
* New Exedy 5 speed clutch (OEM)
* 2004 STI TMIC
* CBRD BBK turbo
* 3" PSR Turbo Inlet + SFB
* 3" Hitech turbo back exhaust
* KYB AGX adjustable suspension all round (put in 200KMs ago)
* H&R Springs (reds)
* Mongoose M60 Immobiliser / Alarm
* RDA Slotted rotors on the front (put in about 200KMs ago)

Hard probably the wrong word, more like challenging!

Intrested to know how the turbo goes, what rpm does she hit full boost? what size BBK turbo did you go for? How much power does it make?

It's a BBK-L, makes full boost under 4K 3rd, 4th, 5th gear. Honestly, I'd never go a smaller sized turbo on a 207 ever again.

No power figure yet, 1/4 run is coming up.

how much did the sti motor set you back by?
