Default Newb saying hi

Hi All,

Looking at a MY12 wrx as my next car.
Have a 07 BF F6 currently making 380rwkw and wanting to go to four wheel drive. Iv always wanted a rex and if i can afford the extra for sti i might go for it. Or have you guys experienced better performance and ride comfort with throwing cash at a WRX.

Nice to hear form you all. : )

STI... you will regret not having the 6 speed and Brembo's... I made that mistake in the past... sold it and got an STI. Good luck for the search.

If you sell your bombed f6 for a standard Rex, you will be dissapointed. Start with the sti unless you're into buying a car then replacing everything u just paid for. Aaaaand welcome fellow rev head!

Im parting out my car at the moment so should have 9k, I was after something so refined and beautiful but still packs a punch.

Is there a mods part to the forum. like people post what they have done to there car and the performance figures.

Im not looking at maxing out the car just some bolt on's ahh ill regret saying that.

Looking at, Full exhaust intake with maybe front mount. fuel system and depending how the suspension maybe replace this.

I wouldn't bother with a front mount.. Lag city. In terms of MY12 builds there hasn't been many, check out Jamieblades driveway thread, he's done a few tasteful mods to date. I'm about to embark on some too in a couple of months. Are you getting the sedan or hatch?

Cheers yeah ill need to look into all this so you can get away with stock location.

i like the look of the hatch but ill go to the dealers this weekend to check them out.

Iv have had a bit of trouble with cars in the past so will need to wait for the right car.
