I'm getting an evo x soon, and I want to mod it buy not hardcore and I have a few questions.

I want to put on a HKS legamax exhaust and downpipe - will this kill my engine quicker and is the downpipe illegal?

apexi boost controller - is this what sets my psi etc? I have no idea how psi is set and stuff..

Turbo timer - i know what this does already lol

I have the HKS Legamax exhaust, mid pipe, high flow cat and front pipe. Great exhaust (very quiet - Jasma approved), but won't make bulk power.

If you want to buy it, I'm actually looking to change my exhaust out soon.

You don't want a boost controller and you don't want a turbo timer. Both are just a waste of money. The factory boost setup is a 2 port, you can upgrade to a 3 port if you want.

Basically you need an exhaust and a tune and these things come alive.

You going MR or GSR?
