Find a replacement VF22 otherwise nearly half of your budget will be spent on a retune.
You don't need 1000cc injectors either, so save that cash. 550's will be plenty and factory rails flow more than enough too, maybe just parallel them for saftey if you're messing about with them. (plenty can be found on that with a search of this forum)
Im presuming its a GC you've got if a GD intercooler is an upgrade?
TD06-25G is poo poo for a street car really, even laggier than a VF22. Even worse again if you slap a front mount on it also. VF34\35 or TD05-16\20G are the most common street turbo people go for and can be found quite common.

Heard plenty of good things about the VF48 too, much newer than the archaic VF22

Default turbo replacement

thanks hurtenstein, i really want to retune anyways, as I do track days at Winton Raceway when I can and I don't just use this thing to look pretty, I like to drive hard, so I am really looking to get more power, I love to keep revs up, I just love the sound of the boxer when she's a working hard

and sorry man, it's a gf8 1999 my00

rebuilt the 5 speed last year, chewed 2nd to shreds power shifting and replaced clutch with 6 puck ceramic and added a lightened flywheel, have added a super pro alloy pitch stop and have silver project engine and gearbox mounts also, would love a 6 speed conversion too at some stage

That clutch sounds like a 5 speeds worst nightmare. Start saving...

Or alternatively, you could have just gotten an OEM replacement clutch? I don't have much power in my GC8 though, so I don't get a chance to power shift much admittedly, so maybe I don't know.
