Correct. Any event with a CAMS steward there can be used as an OLT... And yep, you need 2 as you say.

I did one at a Khanacross, and the other at an autocross the following weekend.

WACC summer autocross series at the motor plex
bunbury autocross series you need to arrange it prior to the event.
