You can join the WRX Owners Club.
They are CAMS accredited and do a number of training events each year.

Yeh was planning on doing RAC and no limit nights before i go near the rally sprint. I have seen some of the aftermath of rally sprints on here.

BORMSA - Beverly Off Road Motorsport Association

These guys run a hand full of event through out the year in Khanacross and Autocross starting in late April. Decent setup out there too, reasonably smooth and flowing track.
