Thursday 15 AugustCloudy. Isolated showers, becoming widespread in the early afternoon, then becoming less widespread during the evening. Possible hail during the evening. Winds northwesterly 20 to 30 km/h turning west to southwesterly 25 to 40 km/h in the morning. Overnight temperatures falling to between 8 and 13 with daytime temperatures reaching between 15 and 19.

Can anyone recommend a good spectator spot... haven't been before and looking to go Friday... checked the spectating areas on the website but looking for personal opinion on best place to go for viewing

I wouldn't worry about going up to Whiteman Park unless you're nearby. The Zig-Zag is good anywhere along its length but you need to walk in from the top. Kalamunda stage has a good spot where Aldersyde road intersects Mundaring Weir Rd. The weir road is closed so approach from the Bickley end of Aldersyde. You can park really close and get a good view.
