Hi all,
To those with an ECUDatascan - please download the latest ECUDatascan software from here - ECUDatascan - Downloads

A few previous builds were busted which is why the GPS driver was erroring out.

Let me know if GPS speed/time setting is still an issue.

Thanks!

Thanks Daren, will do a download and go for a test drive tonight and will get back to you on it

Edit: Spoke too soon
GPS did work after installing the latest firmware last night.

Was stationary at a set of traffic lights and just as I was about to take off the dreaded error message came back.
Will be sending the error logs to Daren.

Getting a file not found error =/
If the file is still being uploaded to the site then ignore this :P

Any chance you can elaborate on what the problem has been with the GPS?

Thanks again Daren

Oops, typo in the filename. It's there now.

The GPS issues had to do with the GPS receiver sometimes sending packets different to what the is driver is expecting. It's not 100% yet but at least if there's an error it won't error out, it will ignore the packet and keep going.

How long does the update take?

I've been here in the car over 10 minutes, activity light still flashing and the do not turn off update screen.

switch it off and try again, it won't break the bootloader.

Thanks mate

OK - all updated and GPS speed on an initial test is back to normal.

The extra time in the car was useful - fixed a "squeak" that was driving me nuts.
