A vf23 is a vf24 with a p20 housing. Ive seen a vf23 equipped WRX put out nearly 230kw ATW at some car show several years back.

VF23 can produce power ...... Sean produced 207kw atw @ 18 psi on my car with the 23. Cant remember how much torque though, 700nm is a BS figure though

looks neat but do all those mods really mean its worth $30,000?? that seems very high $$ for a '99 or should we be selling our cars over east?
