Air filters
Guys which is the preferred style of filter for a CAI - K&N cotton style vs Unifilter foam, both types are lightly oiled.
From a performance HP view point and from a cleanliess filtration view point. Or it dun matter? Cheers Al |

HKS restrictive? They dont call them "rock filters" for nothing, because thats about all they filter out!!
In the tests that I've seen, Apexi pods have consistently been found to be the best for power, with excellent filtration. |

Apexi Power intake without a doubt.
Its an un-oiled paper type, yet it has the best flow and filtration of them all. There is an article hangin around somewhere that has a test for all the major jap brand filters. Apexi came out way ahead of the others.

The CAI that comes with the FMI comes with either K&N or Unifilter so they are my choices.....
