Haha, maybe. I think if Sean's happy with 1.5bar then i'll leave it at that.

I think i'll just get the ARC airbox in the future sometime.

apexi only

i think ill post the review again
http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles/filters_test/2/

but there is very little point having a hot air intake! you need a box around the pod.

Auto SAlon Mag (issue 51) did some testing and found the "3A Racing" filter to be the outright winner (1st in flow, 2nd in filtration) ($29)

Flow / Filtration
K & N (RR3301) 4th / 1st ($125)
A'Pexi 7th / 6th ($125)
AEM Dryflow 9th / 3rd ($100)
HKS Direct Drive 6th / 9th ($125)
Redline Airforce1 2nd / 10th ($40)
Simota PWR Stack 3rd / 5th ($30)
Tenzo WS002-CH 8th / 4th ($20)

The APS CAI which i got off Stinga creates some serious induction noise, sounds awesome combine with a nice exhaust.

That is the OLD review that I mentioned before. The HKS one has now been replace for a triple core that does filter well!

I've heard mixed reviews about the Apexi intake.

There was a guy on rexnet who apparently logged the intake temps, and said they rose by 15 degrees with the Apexi pod. He swapped back to the standard airbox.

I'll most likely get the ARC box.
