Cheers mate, i read through your thread but i dont think its the same sound. This just sounds like its the shocks crashing into the bumpstops which cant be a good thing.

Blair, its just the springs touching. If you have a look on them there is a tiny amount of paint missing where the springs get tighter. Basically on some bumps they will touch and it makes a bad noise. I remember the first time I heard it - thought I had smashed something good!

Two options, try the coil wrap, it is meant to work wonders. Or live with it, you start ignoring it soon

Ok, i'll trust your word John! It just seemed a little too loud to be just the springs touching, but if you say it is, then i'll get over the paranoia haha.

Try Xspeed Rich....they've always got heaps of Tein springs in stock.
