Yer, my next door neighbours old car was a cut n shut and it was sooooo dodgy, Legal or not, it'd still be a shitta.

I wouldn't worry about the engine oil being 30000kms old. I know guys who have really abused their engines, havent done services for 50K kms and generally shown no respect. They are still going strong with 200K kms on the clock. Murphy's law i suppose!
