Mean RS setup. Its pretty close to perfect without flipping the manifold...

2inch hot side, 2.5 inch cold side and rotated comp housing with a flipped FMIC

The pics are pretty old but the FMIC setup hasnt changed.

Is there any reason why the cold side seems to be a bigger diameter in these setups? I know that the manifold inlet is bigger (2.75 inches??), but why not run 2 inch for the majority of the cold side piping and then taper it out at the end to fit nicely into the manifold?

having a GD series gives you a lot of flexibility,
how big is your budget?

a reverse manifold and angle mount turbo isnt too difficult with what youve got.

take a look at tino's setup, he managed a reverse manifold (without tensioners) for the GD.

you will get the most gain from this.

my reverse manifold is a hybrid between GC/GD.
