Default Version 7 BOV modification

I read a post on here but now for the life of me I cant find it. It is to do with modifying the standard BOV with a grub screw to hold more boost or something.
Can someone point me in the right direction and explain in detail what the mod does.
On a MY04 Is there any kind of restrictors in the vacum to BOV line.
I have installed a MY04 BOV onto a FMIC system and it is now venting full time when holding the rpm at 3000rpm in neutral ????. I suspect that the BOV is receiving a greater vacum signal causing it to open. Am I right.
Can a larger diameter vac line increase the signal.
