Well just a little update.
Simmo and I drained the coolant (or basically water as it looked like). Also drained the oil, changed the filter, removed the coolant resivour and cleaned it. Removed old PRF6B spark plugs and fitted the new PFR7B's. 1 was a right prick to remove, other 3 were pretty good after removing washer bottle and pod filter. Missfire on Wide Open Throttle is now gone, car starts like a dream and runs like new. Very happy with it all, however feel pretty let down by past servicing. I think ill be doing it myself from now on. Cheers for the help simmo. The oil filter felt like it had not been changed since 50,000.

Sounds good eric, but just be sure to check why the coolant was like water, If you have to ever top it up then most likely there is a leak somewhere...

Thats just it Tom. The coolant is like water because obviously the service wasnt done (but we wont go into depth, just leave it at that). It was aparent in the oil filter aswel as the colour of the oil and the sediments in the oil from engine wear.
These are the culprits of the miss fire on WOT. Case closed
