Like I said before...there is a shaft about 5" long by 1" diamater, you need to get a longish 10mm head bolt (bout 2 inch, it's a greased shaft so it should slide out easily) & there is a thread in the middle of the shaft, you wind the bolt in a few threads so you can pull it out of the hole where you removed the allen bolt from......stick your finger in there & you will feel the small hole that the bolt goes into.

Screw a 10mm bolt into the shaft. If you don't have one I think the bolts that hold the coil on will work. If it's tight coming out you can use a prybar against the head of the bolt, just don't go mad. Might need a bit of CRC on it.
