Gday

Just wondering how you went with this? I have the same problem which started to occur after my 100,000km service (MY02). I'm assuming they change the gearbox fluid at this point?

it ended up being the clutch. i got a heavy duty organic from MMS cost round the $850ish if my memory serves me right. Clutch is fantastic in traffic thats all i wanted as i am selling the car now.

hey guys digging up an old thread but i have a similar problem and wanted an opinion.

suddenly last night it was hard to shift into first and second gear. it does go in eventually but then tough to get out again. but 3rd,4th,5th all work fine. i only just swapped this box a month ago and has been working fine all this time.

Does it sound like a clutch job or something internal? or other?

check the hydraulic line going to your slave cylinder (under the tmic)

they usually blow if old and a fresh clutch is installed
