hrrrm... leads me away from thinking its the afm then, fuel issue then i reckon, first i'd change out the fuel filter, if that doesnt change anything, i'd be looking at fuel pump (can still be faulty if near new)

Brant can be very tempremental at times. Id suggest getting it checked first before throwing your cash away changing parts that didnt even need changing in the first place.

also got the same problem since we put my engine back in on saturday. Was fine before hand, just put some V2 RA heads in with some V3 cams. Didnt change anything else. AFM is new, coilpacks are new, could it be a cam or crank angle sensor playing up maybe?

possibly immoblizer.

i had a car come into work with a similar problem, but sometimes it would just turn off. ended up being the immoblizer.

i was working on a car today that when put under load it cut out
it was the coil pack and the distributor most likely the problem
but it had one other major fault
it was a V8 bommodore

Coilpacks are renouned for screwing up, on R33 skylines. The WRX coilpacks i hardly ever hear of becoming cactus. I still go for Brant.
