Shipping isn't included in the purchase price is it? Surely not! 10% GST and 5% Duty Tax for importing over $1k

Well that would suck but it would not change the purchasing decision in my case. I will tell you when they arrive next week.

Customs held my camera waiting for me to produce proof it was under $1k, even though the invoice was correct at $965 including shipping. I provided them with a copy of the receipt from my end showing the value of the prodcut at $875 and the promptly released it. Wonder if the result had been the same if the shipping pushed it over $1k

well I will have an invoice from tire rack stating the price $780 for the tyres, maybe so?

at any rate...the savings is still large

I was hit up for 10% duty + 10% GST + airport handling fees + holding fees + grabbing my ankle fees on the diffs I brought in.

So I use that as a guide and make sure everything is sub $1k.

My camera was well over 1k but the dodgy seller put it at 950 which made custom hell sus and withhold the parcel and wanted 5% duty + 10% GST + another random fee - Provided an invoice and was all good

Soooo......hopefully some of you can help me out !!!

I have to swap some rims over on my car and wanting to get some tyres I have put onto the new set of STi 02 Gold Rims I have, who would be best to do both these ?

( I want someone that puts the wheels on the rim without scratching the edge of my new rims as they are brand new in the Subaru box still !! )
