What are the issues? You would get alot of help here but the best place to speak to would be RMS.

What other mods do you have? Did you get a dyno done? If so what is the power?

The car didn't go on the dyno, so no power figures. I have 3" TBE, APS CAI, Perrin Intake pipes and Y-Pipe. It drives pretty much the same as standard when cruising, very smooth. And the increase in power is AWESOME...

Sweet.

I have 3"TBE and thats it and I am making 169kw atw or 200.5kw at the F/W just so you have an idea. With your CAI etc.. you would be putting out more than my figure I would assume. If you are interested in seeing the Dyno sheet I can email it to you.

169kw atw sounds unusually high for a WRX with only an exhaust. One of the highest figures I've seen for an exhaust is 175 kw atw and that was on an 05 STi!

If it was done at RMS, Leigh uses the Bosch dyno...which does read a bit higher than Dyno Dynamics.
