Do you mean the slushbox is better in the MY07, or do you mean that slushboxes are only for old people / Heather Mills?

didn't these also have lag/boost issues with MY07 or was it only for GT's and SpecB's

More like a stutter that drives you mad, but a good tune fixes that. Also needs what they are calling the land ring fix but that's a flash fix as well.

Shane, A fortnight ago there was a Black Pearl GT Spec B 6 speed sedan on carsales in Queensland that was brand new (never registered) but had hail damage for $39,990. You'd have to get some good pics of it or inspect in person but I'd expect no more than $5k to fix it.
Get an exhaust and Ecu-Tek from you know who and you'll be smiling like me.
