i know they limited the sale from tirerack for a lot of brands, figured they would offer once of the alternatives like hankooks (which i think they can export).
That said they're not proper r-comps like the 888's

UK distributors havent been clamped down on as far as i know.

Well only driving to and from events. Although I do like to have a "spirited" drive to and from the rack. They do give out a bit of noise, but hell I don't have carpet or deadner left in the wagon, so its hard to know how much noise over the RSR's there is. They are a great tyre though. After numerous times on the track they have not worn any where near as much as I thought they would & I have given them a bit of a hard time.

Howdy All,
Just put a new set of rubber on the Rex,
Read the forums here and abroad quite heavily.
Looked at lots of comparison type reviews as well.
After a month of sniffing out the reviews, ended up with a set of Kumho KU-36s.
Previously ran the Sumitomo, and was impressed with and happy with them.
More impressed with the Kumho. Very sticky.
Not expecting high milage.
Prior to reading the forums, never would have looked twice at Kumhos.
Old Dog happy to learn a new trick.
One more thumbs up here for the Kumho KU-36s.
Cheers, Russ
