What Bruce said. I have my headers & up pipe, rear housing done in black and the heat sheild done in reflective, and you can pretty much rest your hand on the heatsheild after laps of a track

Thanks for the help guys. Coating in and outside it is

But does it apply to the dump pipe as well and is it worth doing?
Not trying to be cheap on the dump pipe. I just dont want to do the dump pipe as i need steve from MMS to make one to suit my twinscroll/catback and i use my car as a daily. But if it makes a difference, then a few more days wont hurt i guess..That and i want to get the gear fitted and tune asap. end csb

wouldn't bother with the dump personally as value add is minimal for $$'s. Ultimately personal prefernce really.

I paid around $500 i think for my "Tomei" equal length headers, VF rear housing in black and the heat sheild in the reflective. Unfortunately they only take cash so you can't beat them down on price :P

I personaly wil be getting the dump pipe done when I get a new one made, it will probably be a better coating too if its brand new and hasn't been covered in carbon
