Is the AP600 much different from the Penrite HP600? I used to buy the Penrite stuff for $15 - $25 (they never got it the same everytime I went in!) for 500ml at Malz in Cannington.

I never had an issue with it but my application was somewhat different to yours.

I'm sure you know this but brake fluid is hydroscopic so absorbs moisture, I was always told that once a bottle is open you should junk the left overs but I guess if its been sealed up and is not to old it would be fine.

I had the 2500's when i had the 6's in the wagon. Did a stirling job, 3000 were a step up again but needed a little more heat to be optimum. Unsure if you're still running ABS but I had no issues with it at all.

Mate the AP600 was in the car when I bought it so have used it since, I haven't tried anything else so cannot compare but by all accounts it has a very high boiling point so it does the job well for me.

Had the DS2500's in the 4 pots but will see if they work differently in the bigger pad area.

Welcome Ian and thank you again for the brakes, great kit and great service. I'm looking forward to someone over here trying out your 335mm 4 pot upgrade kit as I think this would be very good.

Curious to know how the AP 6p 335's compared to the Brembo 4p 328's with hatted rotors with similar spec pads.

He Rich bring it down to a No Limits night at Barbagello and find out I think the big difference is not so much the 328 - 355 but the fact that Ian's disc's are 32mm thick (Ian would know better than me), I gave them a reasonable bed in and when I pulled up at home you could touch the disc's, so they will definitely dissipate the heat well. It will be interesting to see if I can get it round Barbagello quicker now.
