As above goto subaru a full kit Including cam and crank seals, timing belt, all idlers and tensioner for around 600

contact kris at rising sun subaru, pretty sure his genuine subaru kits are around the $500 mark including belt/waterpump/tensioner/all idlers/crank seal

called up Rising sun and subaru, best price was $550 plus postage from rising sun. kit included tensioner, 4 idlers, water pump, timing belt

Then i looked on rallysportdirect.com same kit plus postage was $395, the kit was Gates not genuine subaru, but iv read plenty of threads that say they're equal quality.

witch pump is that one of the genuine ones creates cavatation in tyhe system does it not ?

also there is other suppliers out there etc veal auto parts,covs etc

i purchased a forrester kit with water pump and hyd ten for 500 inc in perth

Forester kit is different.
There are numerous different waterpumps. Some have cast impeller, some have pressed impeller.
I've not heard of cavitation, not heard of a witch pump either though....... < I couldn't find a witch icon, so here's a cat.

Fuck I just checked through my service booklet and it seems the previous owner never had the timing belt done before and I'm coming up to 120km, just ordered the gates kit from rallysportdirect gunna drive the other car for awhile until it gets here
