Whilst we are on the topic, and not to yoink it at all but are the HR's adjustable in regards to stiffness? I got wilkos to set them up but dont really play with it as its something you dont want to go astray at the wrong time.

On-topic, i love my HR's. They are fairly stiff on my ride, but i like it. In all honesty and its just my opinion, if you want to drive around and feel no bumps at all, may aswel buy a toyota camry

Enrico, you can adjust the valves at the bottom of the strut I believe to change both bump and rebound. You'll find that your bump and rebound are up to high so it rides really hard over bumps (read: Perth roads) but corners great. If you have thicker swaybars you can always reduce it which will induce a bit more body roll but be heaps more comfortable.

Other than all that you would need to get less stiff spring rates......

Thanks phizzle . I got a 22mm adjustable rear sway bar in at the moment, and she corners pretty nice considering i have sweet f all mods such as sway bars etc. Id recommend the coillies anyday of the week and Joes easy to deal with so its pretty win win.

Plus correct me if im wrong, but im sure i read in another thread that just changing out your springs to lower the car roots the shock absorbers eventually and then its another X amount for shockies. Eventually itll total what a decent set of coilies are worth.

i'd opt for some koni insert struts and new springs. cheaper, and can last for the lifetime of the car.
