Peak torque seems to be at about 5000rpm. Full boost is achieved by 3100-3200 rpm.

agreed....look at the power curve and see where it starts peaking ie around 3200-3200 rpm

But, you have about 90% of that peak torque by 4000, and it holds that, and increases another 10% to about 5000.

Pretty good if you ask me.

As for boost, its pretty normal to have about 500-1000rpm gap between when the peak boost is registered and when the torque is felt on a minimal load power run.

You're seeing peak boost at about where I see mine mate...and my car is running similar mods, with VERSO...Looks fine to me. Im running about 1.3 bar, so I guess that answers your question...
