(I tried posting this in DIY but wouldn't let me...)

Below is a DIY from ozfoz.com ...full credit for originality!


Fitting a wrx TMIC to a 99 Gt requires either a factory BOV that bolts straight to the intercooler or if using an aftermarket Bov requires an elbow. Not wanting to pay nearly eighty dollars for a new elbow i thought i'd make my own:-

Bought a pair of BMX forks at my local recycling for $1 as they have exactly the correct bend and diameter.



Cut them up.



Cut the plate out of a piece of scrap steel.
Weld up.
Polished and a coat of quality clear.
Install.



As good as factory
