Slight hijack of the thread, this afternoon noticed my temperature creeping higher than normal (I tend to notice the PFC Commander readings), and similar situation in that the fans come on with the a/c and click on and off when idling with the ac on, but don't seem to come on without a/c. So I'm fairly confident it's the temp sensor, and if so, is that still the same part number Ross? Does the temp sensor go into the thermostat housing? If so, I'm not sure I can be bothered doing this at home.
