Redline is a bit more then $160 i think. I recently bought some and you have to by 2 bottles, 1 large one, 1 small one as they come in gallons and quatz. Pretty sure it was more then $160 and thats with a company discount. If you do not have redline in the gearbox, and are changing it yourself, allow it to drain very well. As has been said before on here, redline does not mix well with other oils.

with a company discount i paid $208 for 3.7ltr and .94 ltr which makes the 4.5ltrs you need (or is it 4?). Off the shelf normal price is $270.
Geez you paid a bit too much... but why would they want you to purchase the small one aswell?

i had a similar issue but was brought on by using a GD clutch cylinder but then figuring out it was better to use a GD slave aswell, in an effort to keep the hydraulics at the same pressure. since then the pedal is much better and the 3rd to 4th gearchange is like standard.

perhaps even with the pedal fully depressed the clutch isn't enganing and disenganging properly?

I've been told when changing gearbox oil, you should flush it with AT oil once its empty because it's thinner & will get in all the tighter places to empty it out. The sacrifice 500mL or so of gearbox oil to flush out the AT oil.

Been told to do this with normal engine oil too...which gets rid of the spare 500mL left over after an oil change.

Yay or Nay?
