Default Overheating and no boost

ey this morning driving to work, the temp gauge started to slightly get hotter, but it only happened when i put abit of throttle on it, but when i back off it cooled back down, also when i did that the car was jolting.....

I looked under the hood and theres was coolant coming out under the intercooler (tmic) and i noticed the pipe from the turbo running into the I/C was loose... now could that have been the problem???????

Then i tryed moving the car into the garage, but the car wouldnt start.
