Hi,

Does anyone else have problems with the brant anti hijack? From what I have read if I take my seat belt off first it shouldn't go into shut down mode but regardless of what I do with my belt if the drivers door is opened it goes into to shut down mode.

hi jack mode can be turned off. I think there was a thread on this before. Use the search!

I dont think you will find details on turning it off on here, as broadcasting such information is frowned upon
It can be disabled but you should learn to live with it, its not that hard

It's there for the reason to protect your pride and joy and takes less than 5 seconds to punch in your
code, if you remove it and your car go missing please don't post it up here because you will cop a
flaming for taking it out and then whinging about your car being stolen.

Just get a Autowatch with anti car jacking features, they are much easier
to use and not annoying at all if you cant stand the Brant one.
