Tino - suggest try and build a relationship with a suspension place like WW, get them to advise, supply and fit and do it right the first time. YOu will have a track set up that works immediately with as much or as little parts that are needed. Feedback from us keyboard warriors will only give you ideas but Not solve the problems nor provide a clear strategy. my 2c Cheers.

Bruce.. i have got my car setup from WW and will continue to do so and I am also speaking with the owner of MSI that also sets up alot of track cars.

The first priority is reducing the track ever so slightly so i can squeeze the rear wheels under the gaurd as i want to stick with a 245 r comp as i want the max amount of grip possible..

I think once thats sorted with the lateral links then i can see what else is needed..

24 front and rear? Is that the norm with sti's? I always thought that a bigger rear helped negate the natural understeer.

If you don't want to fork out 600 for the spherical links at the end of the MSI arms chances are you're going to fall over at the price of the rear subframe, escpecially by the time you get it here and get it fitted. Also when I spoke to them last they didn't fit with the fuel tank in place, though maybe this has changed.

I think you're better off modding the guards than decreasing the rear track. By the time you fork out for new arms, subframe etc etc chances are you could have enough room under all four guards to fit 265's.

Brad i know the prices for it all been speaking to mark about their products. He told me that the spherical links arent a neccessity at all and can be easily upgraded at a future time..

The frame fits around the fuel tank now (a little mod to be done).

To increase the gaurds will require cutting and painting etc and them im still left with a sloppy rear suspension setup.. This way i can slightly reduce track (5mm) which is still wider than stock and make the suspension alot stiffer..
