Hi

You should look at getting it tuned first (verso or ecutek etc) just to make sure it is running right, then look at an exhaust around the 3 inch mark (easy enough to pick up a second hand one)

Or get them both done together and make real use of all the upgrades!

Also don't be disheartened by the way you have been greeted above by some of the members, it's not thier fault, they just assume that you know as much as them and take it out on you if you ask a question that is a bit out of left field!

You can't Verso the 99 ECUs. You're best bang for buck ECU would be a Apexi PowerFC.

hey mate
could you give us an idea what exactly the forrie has or what was done to it.

if its running sti cams, the forester ECU isn't really making use of the sti cams, since the forrie ecu isn't tuned for it. Also, an STi ecu (and has to be the same pin/year as your forrie) won't be healthy for the forrie long term as the tune is completely different. it will run ok on the surface but any time your boost it, it will likely ping its nuts off

try and use some punctuations in your post and be clear, as its hard to be helpful when some of us can't understand what you've written. Some of us are not used to the SMS talk here

I understood exactly what he meant, seriously some of you guys need to fucking relax and lay off, he might have to search 200 threads and not find the answer he wants as it's unlikely it's been covered, you spend more time bagging people than giving them a simple fucking answer.

If it was a V3/V4 STI ECU and the pins were the same I'd say go for it as they will learn to certain extent but not too sure about the V5 compared to Foz pin set up, I know V7 is totally different.

And who makes you God laying into a new member, great welcome..................NOT!!!!!!
