Killer Python at standard level
Default difference in actuators?

As i have been looking around comparing turbos and couldnt but notice that some turbos have .8 bar actuators others have 1 bar or sometimes a 1.2.
What would be the reason be for say getting a 1.2 over a .8? dont boost controllers controll the actuator? Is it something worth upgrading?

PS I tried looking for an answer but cant find one.
