Troy can supply both Dave... The Zage being $800 less than the Blouch.

He is confident it will fit up with the TMIC he has set aside for me... I'm thinking the Zage is the way to go, just working on fuel pump with him and then will be sending through the $$s..

The only real difference is the the billet one will be stronger, but like Kato says they are the same... or are they?? will the billet one not be heavier??

I have a Billet wheel CBRD turbo on the way from the USA to me, got it through Troy (prospeed), it is a twin scroll turbo.

Will provide feedback when it's all installed and tuned, the EVO guys rave about these turbos.

cheers

If they are the exact same shape, the formation doesn't matter.

A billet is a piece of cast aluminium anyways, so all same same...

Now if it was a forged unit, different story.

There are various types of casting... some are denser, so in theory heavier

I'd say it would be incredibly similar to your FP TD06 Joseph!?

Twin scroll + billet wheel makes for better response though

From the research I did, I saw only negligible differences between the same design wheel in cast or billet design.

Are they doing a twin scroll TD06 yet? I'm only aware that they are doing the TD05, as I asked about a twin scroll TD06 when I was buying? Unless they are doing them for the straight exit compressor housing and not the twisted exit for the GT/MY08+?
