Garrett did a direct comparison with minimal differences between the identical wheels in both cast and billet form.
Results here --> http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbob..._Machined.html Makes me lean towards the Zage TD06, as $800 is a fair increase for minimal differences in performance.

Who is Zage? China? Id say Blouch, not just because I have one, but a) proven performer, and b) Never heard of Zage.
A turbo of the 06-20 flavour should hit the goals though. That was my goal too, (300+), and it did it easily. That said, different engine and whatnot though. Best-o-luck! Brent.
