Do you need a re-tune if you install a 3 port BCS ?
I asked the question of the tuner who did my Foz a while back. His answer was yes absolutely. Anyone with knowledge or experience care to chime in on the subject ?

Yes.
You don't need to necessarily alter the tune, but you need to alter the rom to make use of the 3-port.

Without a tune it will overboost and spike like crazy.
The MAC 3 port valves usually require about 30% less duty cycle to reach target boost compared to the stock 2 port. Also you might have to reduce your turbo dynamics (closed loop) tables as well.

PS:what did you edit in the thread yesterday? It's here: http://www.perth-wrx.com/vb/waynes-group-buys/37852-discounted-gb-grimmspeed-3-port-electronic-bcs.html But it's now closed, however I will be doing another one soon so once my Vendor status is confirmed keep an eye out for these plus many other goodies.
