Default security pin

heyy i got a new wrx and i forgot the pin wat do i doo?? doo do i just takkke it to subaru dealerships? or can i get an electrican to take it out for me coz i dont want the pin on my car. anyway of reseting it?

take it back to Subaru if you can get there seeing you wont be able to drive it or ring them up and ask them if they can give you the code worth a try. if you dont want the pin anymore get them to remove the keypad and go buy an alarm system n get them to install it dont know how much it will cost though heard its pretty expensive or get your mechanic to do the job. good luck

Did you legally aquire the subaru? These are your only 2 posts.

Tow to dealership, dealership will reset using mastercode, dealership makes a small amount of money, you drive away happy.

Unless you are full of shit, you'd have called the previous owner to ask him/her for the code that you 'Forgot'.
