They are a peice of piss to remove if you know what your doing.
I could expalin, but before I say anymore, I too would like to know if your legit as this thread reeks of suspicious-cats urine.
The only way I could imagine you would forget is if you rarely drove the car, and who does that with a 'new' Subaru?

This should definitely NOT be explained on an open forum!

I'm going with stolen.. or the dude has seen the one next door and wants to know HOW to take it.. If you buy a new WRX you don't simply forget the pin code... It's like forgetting your ATM card code... :-s

Call your favourite Subaru dealer.

Explain the situation.

I'm sure a VIN + copies of sales papers will result in them giving you the PIN or resetting it.

Having your first posts on the forum as 'how to I bypass the security' doesn't help getting a good response. Stick up an introduction thread!

A dealer has to change it. Subaru keep the 'Pins' in a National data base.

Does your neighbour know you damaged it !!!

as previously warned, cathyfreeman tags will result in a ban. mr jacobsti !

as for the brant code, and the vehicle being ex-pickles, i'd opt for a replacement alarm system.
